Soap fans will definitely want to get caught up on USA's popular series Suits because several daytime stars are slated to hit the canvas during the current sixth season of the series.
Brynn Thayer (ex-Jenny Renaldi, One Life to Live; ex-Susan Banks, Days of our Lives; ex-Kylie Quinlan, General Hospital) has been cast in the role of Harvey Specter's (Gabriel Macht) mysterious mom, Lily Specter. Fans of the show have heard plenty of details about the oft-mentioned-but-never-seen character, who cheated on Harvey's dad when he was a teen and eventually left the family without reconciling with her son. Will viewers see the mother/son pair finally put the past behind them when Thayer debuts this Wednesday, February 1?
Daytime fans can also look forward to the return of Billy Miller (Jason Morgan, GH; ex-Billy Abbott, The Young and the Restless), who is slated to reprise the role of Harvey Specter's younger brother, Marcus. Miller first appeared in the season four finale of Suits back in 2015 and is scheduled to return during this week's episode.
Soap alum Stephen Macht (ex-Trevor Lansing, GH; ex-Dr. Elliot Durbin, OLTL) is also returning to the series as Henry Gerard, a role he originated in 2014.
Suits tells the story of a man named Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams), an incredibly intelligent man with a photographic memory who teams up with his lawyer, Harvey Specter, to avoid being caught by vengeful drug dealers.
