More details about Nathaniel Marston's car accident emerge

Police have revealed preliminary information about the serious car accident that may have left former soap star Nathaniel Marston (ex-Michael McBain, One Life to Live; ex-Eddie Silva, As the World Turns) paralyzed.

Former soap star Nathaniel Marston Nathaniel Marston (ex-Michael McBain and ex-Al Holden; ex-Eddie Silva, As the World Turns) is fighting for his life following a serious car accident last weekend that may have left the actor paralyzed. And now new details about the accident have been released.

According to a statement received by Entertainment Tonight, Nevada police believe that "Marston was fatigued and fell asleep while driving." Authorities say that the actor, who was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt, must have woken up and "over-corrected, causing his pickup truck to flip several times." He was then "ejected from the vehicle through the windshield and upon landing crushed several vertebrae in his neck and back."

"Please pray for my son Nathaniel Marston," his mother, Elizabeth Jackson, posted on social media following the crash.
