Blake, upset about her father's death, asks Ross if he thinks Roger suffered. Ross answers he doesn't think Roger Thorpe was afraid of anything - even death. He offers to take Blake for a quiet getaway but she declines saying she has business to take care of with her brother Sebastian. Ross makes it clear he does not trust Sebastian and wishes he would return to wherever it was he came.

After Ross leaves, Sebastian approaches Blake. He calls her 'Chrissie,' which she likes because it makes her feel close to her father. Blake asks him for answers about why he is in Springfield. He won't give her many clues but assures her it will be good news for her and anyone else who loved Roger. He asks if she still has the coin her father gave her the last time they were together. Blake shows him the coin she always carries with her. Sebastian tells her this coin is just one of many which will lead to even greater treasures. When he leaves to find a place to stay, an assailant grabs Blake, puts a knife to her throat and demands her purse. She refuses and struggles with her attacker. Sebastian reappears and rescues his sister. He takes the knife from the mugger, presses it to his throat and tells him if he is ever seen near his sister again he will be killed and his body never found. After releasing the mugger, he hugs Blake who is relieved her brother rescued her.

Later, Sebastian, with the pretend mugger, reminds his minion to keep his mouth shut about his involvement or he will cut him for real next time.

At the hospital, Holly is pacing when Sebastian approaches her. He tells Holly he is there awaiting the results of the DNA tests from the hair she stole from his jacket and from the ashes in Roger's urn. Holly is embarrassed but admits she needs to know the truth about Roger's death and if Sebastian is really his son. Sebastian tells Holly she is everything his father said she was and more. He tells her 'it felt so good' when she hugged him. Holly cringes and says his comments are very bizarre.

Later, Ross finds Holly alone at the hospital. She tells him the results of the DNA testing prove Roger is dead and Sebastian is his son. She breaks down and tells Ross Sebastian was looking at her the way Roger used to and she's not prepared for this kind of turmoil.

At the Spaulding mansion, Lizzie admits to Phillip she took his car and may have hit someone. He assures Lizzie he would love her no less no matter what she has done. He promises her he will take care of it and everything will be all right. Ruth Karloff (Harley) arrives to see Phillip. He is abrupt and tells her he doesn't have time for her. Zack enters the room, takes one look at Ruth and announces he knows her. Before he can blow his mommy's cover, Phillip sends him to bed.

Ruth engages him in a conversation about Zack and discovers Phillip is planning to take Zack away from his mother. Ruth leaves on an errand for Phillip and finds Zack in the hallway waiting for her. Harley hugs her little boy and tells him they are going to play a game.

Outside at Company, Bill asks Beth what any woman could possibly see in Phillip. Beth reminds him Phillip hasn't always behaved the way he has lately. She offers to help Bill bring Phillip down a notch or two.

Later, inside the restaurant, Lizzie finds her mother seated alone at the counter. Lizzie asks her mother to hold and comfort her the way she did when she was a child. Beth, horrified, refuses and demands to know what she has done this time. Lizzie is shocked but confesses she used the date rape drug on Joey to keep him away from Tammy. Disgusted, Beth tells Lizzie she is terrible and to go home and think about how selfish she has been. Beth also returns to the mansion where she accuses Phillip of concealing Lizzie's misdeeds from her. Phillip thinks she is referring to Lizzie's admission of hitting someone with his car, but quickly realizes Beth is talking about Joey Lupo. He says the matter with Joey has been resolved and withholds the new information about the hit and run.

At the hospital, JB is taunting Sandy, who is unconscious after being hit by a car. JB tells Sandy he is where he deserves to be for stealing his life. JB hides and leaves the room when Reva enters. He finds Tammy outside the room. She is upset with him for leaving her when Sandy was hit. He apologizes and tells her it's important to him that she needs him. At Sandy's bedside, Edmund walks in on Reva who thinks it is her son she is comforting. He reminds Reva he is the reason she sent him away when he was just a baby. Reva doesn't want to talk about it and tells Edmund she is glad he is there for her now.

Reva finds Tammy in the hall with JB. When Tammy goes in to see Sandy, Reva tells JB she doesn't like him and he had better not interfere with her because her only concern is for her son. Reva returns to the nurse's station to see if she is a match to help Sandy with a liver transplant. A nurse tells Reva there is no way she could be related to Sandy Foster.

At Harley's demolished house where Phillip won't be looking for her, Harley asks Bill to help her hide with Zack. Bill agrees to do anything he can to help her keep Zach from Phillip.

Reva prepares to donate a part of her liver to Sandy. Cassie questions if she's sure she wants to do this for someone they know is not her son. Reva says she can't let him die. She asks Cassie if something goes wrong to tell her family she loves them. Meanwhile, JB/Jonathan reacts to finding out Reva will be Sandy's donor. He shows a flash of temper which he has to cover with Tammy. Later, Cassie catches him trying to give Tammy alcohol and instantly dislikes him. She tries to get rid of him but he won't leave. When Reva wakes up and affirms her commitment to Sandy, furious Jonathan stands by and watches.

Gus hits Phillip and warns him never use him again. Phillip says he did Gus a favor by telling Harley he was involved in demolishing her house. Gus walks off and runs into Beth, telling her he's done trying to be a part of something. Beth takes him back to the house and shows him a copy of his wedding vows. Gus is affected but tosses them, saying the guy who wrote them was a sucker. Later, he lights up a cigarette, symbolizing his turning away from the man he tried to be.

After the run-in with Gus, Phillip goes to Lizzie to convince her not to confess to hitting Sandy with his car. He tells her the Spauldings are done cracking. A seemingly tipsy Dinah is at a bar making a spectacle of herself by dancing on the pool table. The bartender demands that she get down but she ignores him. The bartender tells her he's called someone to get her. Suddenly, Edmund enters. Edmund has no idea why he's been called to the bar since the bartender just found Edmund's number in Dinah's coat and never told Edmund her name. Edmund tries to get Dinah to come down, telling her that she's blowing the second chance she's been given. Figuring she just loves attention, a disgusted Edmund turns to leave but is lured back when Dinah mentions Cassie's name. When Dinah, who seems about ready to do a striptease, starts telling the bar patrons all about her lousy week last week, Edmund suddenly snatches her up and carries her out of the bar.

Outside, Edmund starts to lecture Dinah asks if she has any idea what could have happened. She accuses him of just being afraid she would spill the beans about Cassie threatening her life. She suddenly gets pensive and asks Edmund how he did it. How did he go from the town pariah to a good guy? She then breaks down in tears, declaring that she has all this anger and doesn't know what to do. Edmund immediately softens toward her and gives her the keys to his apartment at Towers. He tells her she can stay there until she pulls herself together. He then gives her some money for a taxi ride and tells her that if she's serious about changing, she needs to believe that she can be the person she wasn't to be.

Sebastian goes to the farm and meets Cassie, who's heard about him from Blake. He mentions that he'd like to see his half-brother's farm. When Cassie lets him in, Sebastian comes right out and asks her why Dinah is walking the streets a free woman? Cassie tries to explain the situation, but Sebastian shrugs her off saying that he's a complete stranger, she doesn't have to explain herself to him, he's just worried since Dinah is unpredictable. He then asks to meet his nephew. While Cassie goes upstairs to get RJ, Sebastian starts snooping around, looking for something. After Sebastian meets RJ, Cassie declares that she has to go to the hospital. He decides to hang around a bit and talks to RJ about his grandfather. He tells RJ that he'll make sure that RJ knows what kind of man his grandfather was. He tells RJ he's in town to claim their birthright and maybe get some revenge. He then takes out his gold coin and asks RJ if he's ever seen one like it, perhaps one his daddy had? RJ tells Sebastian about the hiding place that Dinah showed him. Sure enough; the coin is there. Sebastian asks RJ to keep their discovery a secret.

With Sebastian gone, Dinah arrives at the farm. Alone, she starts "talking" to Hart. She tells him she has good news--she got to Edmund just like Cassie got to Hart. Her plan worked and now she's going to see how Cassie likes it.

While at Company looking at family photos, Michelle has another memory of Maureen. Tony walks by, and seeing her expression asks if she's remembered something. Michelle tells him about the few memory flashes she's had of her mother. When Tony asks if she would have mentioned anything to him if he hadn't have walked by, she says probably not. She tells him that she likes their relationship as it is and is afraid that telling him of her memory flashes might change things. Michelle then states that a part of her is afraid of getting her memory back since she may lose who she is now. Tony tells her not to worry about that, to hold on to the good memories and still hold on to who she is. She asks him if he thinks Danny is happy with who she is now? Tony can't really speak for Danny though. Michelle confides that she hopes Danny is happy with who she is, because she won't be second best to the old Michelle. At about that time, Sebastian enters and introduces himself to Tony. Spotting the pictures, he mentions Michelle's dad, Ed, and how he and his father were enemies. Later, when Michelle and Tony leave the table for something, Sebastian laments that it isn't right--Roger's dead and Ed's still alive.

Reva's keeping vigil over Sandy who's still in his coma, while JB/Jonathan watches from outside the room. Later, when Reva is in the hallway, in her wheelchair, JB/Jonathan approaches her, making Reva very uncomfortable. Suddenly Tammy happens by, and seeing the tension, she leads JB/Jonathan away. JB/Jonathan apologizes to Tammy for his behavior. Reva just reminds him of his mother. She was a selfish woman who cared for no one but herself. Meanwhile, the bank manager has arrived to speak with Reva. He tells her of the conversation he had with Mr. Lewis about the fact that Sandy was not her son. Reva puts it all together and realizes that Sandy intercepted the call and he knew from the beginning that he wasn't Jonathan. Later, Reva discusses the situation with Cassie. She can't understand it. Cassie suggests that Sandy was just after money, but Reva is confused since he had ample opportunity for that and yet declined it. Reva suddenly gets the idea that the answers may be in Sandy's computer. Cassie agrees and asks Tammy to retrieve the computer but alone with Tammy JB/Jonathan volunteers to do it himself.

Still in his coma, Sandy starts having a nightmare. In his dream, Jonathan confronts him about stealing his life. In the dream, Jonathan accuses Sandy of not trying very hard to save his life on that cliff. Jonathan knows that Sandy came to Springfield to tell everyone about him but he was too much of a coward. In the dream, he states that what Reva did was unforgivable. Reva then appears in the dream and Jonathan pushes her off the cliff while a horrified Sandy watches.

Before giving Sandy's laptop to Tammy, Jonathan deletes the emails he sent him and doctors one up. Later, while Reva is looking though the computer, she finds an email supposedly from Marissa. The email states that her son is missing and was last seen on a hiking trip. She wonders if there was an accident and asks if any John Does were reported? Reva suddenly concludes that Jonathan must be dead, and knows that Sandy knew it all along.
