It's been nearly two-and-a-half years since General Hospital's Jason and Sam shared the same scene. By the time Jason was allegedly buried under the rubble on Cassadine Island, their romance was over, and she was with Dante. She had put her life with Jason behind her for the sake of her kids, but JaSam fans didn't give up on them then and are not giving up on them now.
Yes, Sam is angry because she truly believes that Jason stayed away from her and their son by choice since his supposed death in 2021. Despite her fury, fans were still thrilled to see them in the same room and felt this was just another bump in the road in their journey back to one another.

@West47453 is sure that Jason and Sam's relationship will be repaired, as will his relationship with Sonny, another character not thrilled with the hitman at the moment.

JaSam and Sam fans were even on her side, and some are glad Sam read Jason for filth the way she did.

Sam might have spit fire today over Jason asking their teenage son Danny to lie, but that doesn't necessarily mean she won't come around, according to @4ToniaHughes17.
