Presenters for Creative Arts Emmys announced

Emmy nominees Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos, General Hospital) and Camila Banus (ex-Gabi Hernandez, Days of our Lives) are among the presenters for this year's event.

The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences has announced the presenters for the 42nd annual Daytime Creative Arts Emmys, and some very popular soap stars have made the list.

To date, the presenters who will be joining previously announced hosts Alex Trebek (Jeopardy) and Florence Henderson (The Brady Bunch) include Outstanding Younger Actress nominee Hunter King (Summer Newman, The Young and the Restless), Lachlan Buchanan (Kyle Abbott, Y&R), Casey Moss (J.J. Deveraux, Days of our Lives), Jen Lilley (Theresa Donovan, DAYS), Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter Walton, The Bold and the Beautiful), Darin Brooks (Wyatt Fuller, B&B), Outstanding Lead Actress nominee Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos), Outstanding Supporting Actor nominee Chad Duell (Michael Corinthos, GH), John Tesh (Intelligence for Your Life, Entertainment Tonight), Philippe Cousteau (Oceans), Richard Wiese (Born to Explore with Richard Wiese), Jessica Carleton (Green Screen Adventures), Leslie Carrara-Rudolph (Sesame Street), Martha Byrne (ex-Lily Snyder, As the World Turns), Kristos Andrews (Peter Garrett, The Bay), JD Roberto (The Better Show), Outstanding Youner Actress nominee Camila Banus (ex-Gabi Hernandez, DAYS), and Vannessa Vasquez (East Los High).

In addition to these presenters, many known faces from the daytime community are scheduled to attend the event, including cast members from B&B, DAYS, GH, and Y&R, as well as , Sarah Brown (ex-Madison James, DAYS; ex-Agnes Jones, B&B; ex-Claudia Zacchara, GH), Christine van Blokland, Andrea Evans (ex-Tina Lord, One Life to Live), Kin Shriner (Scott Baldwin, GH), Lara Spencer, Connie Selleca (Intelligence for Your Live, Laverne Cox (Orange is the New Black), Jonathan Bird (Jonathan Bird's Blue World), Brandon McMillan (Lucky Dog), Hayley Faith Negrin (Peg+Cat), Mason Cook (Spy Kids: All the Time in the World), Joe Terry, Linda Swain (Tapping IN: The Happiest People and Places on the Planet), Patriko Darbo (ex-Nancy Wesley, DAYS), Gregori J Martin (The Bay), Lilly Melgar (Janice Ramos, The Bay), Eric Nelson (ex-AJ Chandler, All My Children), Andy Lassner (The Ellen DeGeneres Show), Ed Glavin (The Ellen DeGeneres Show), Mary Connelly (The Ellen DeGeneres Show), John Redmann (The Tyra Banks Show), Kelli Bixler (Tumble Leaf), Drew Hodges (Tumble Leaf), Steve Rotfeld, and many more.

The 42nd annual Daytime Creative Arts Emmys will take place the evening of Friday, April 24, at The Universal Hilton in Los Angeles, CA.
