It's Thanksgiving Day in Salem. Caroline, Grandpa Shawn, Bo and Frankie are at the pub eagerly awaiting Kayla's homecoming with Steve. Hope arrives with Stephanie, who is excited by the prospect of her parents reuniting. Privately, Hope notes Bo didn't come to bed last night and she missed him. Chelsea arrives (uninvited) with Nick and sees Bo kissing Hope. Bo offers to throw Chelsea out but Hope allows her to stay. Nick tells Chelsea that this is her chance to make a good impression on the Brady family but she remains sullen. Max brings Mimi, who feels out of place. Caroline, however, surprises Mimi with a warm welcome. Max and Mimi tell Abby, Chelsea and Nick about their efforts to find Philip. Nick suggests they call the newspaper photographer, pretend to offer prize money.

Steve arrives with an emotional Kayla, grateful to be alive to share another holiday with her family. Bo thanks Nick for his role in saving Kayla's life. As the Bradys show Nick their love, Chelsea fumes. Nick encourages her to apologize to Hope, which Chelsea does, but the moment is interrupted and Chelsea feels dismissed. Hope tells Steve that Billie still has feelings for him. Later, Steve calls Billie and asks to meet her the next day. Meanwhile, Frankie bids his family farewell, and the Bradys sit down to a loving family meal.

Lexie asks Celeste why she refused to help Abe interpret the tarot cards, but she evades. Lexie eventually forces her to admit that the cards indicate the return of the DiMeras! Billie is with Kate when she learns that Chelsea intends to crash the Brady's Thanksgiving. She warns her daughter she's walking into the lion's den but Chelsea is determined to be included. Later, Chelsea returns, furious at the way she was treated at the Brady's. When she finds out Billie has plans to see Steve the next day, she lashes out at her mother for blowing her chance to reconcile with Bo. Determined to take action, Chelsea emails the damning photo of Bo and Billie in bed together to Hope, Steve and Patrick.
