Days of our Lives favorite Patsy Pease (Kimberly Brady) will be making an appearance on the show later this year. The actress informed fans of her short-term return engagement on her Facebook page.
"Well, that was a long 'nap!' I'm back with GOOD news," Pease wrote. "I start shooting July 17th, 18th and 19th. Thrilled to be back on DAYS and I am so excited about working with the lovely and VERY talented Jen Lilley!"
Earlier this week, it was revealed that Lilley's character, Theresa, is the daughter of Kimberly and Shane.
Pease originated the role of Kimberly in 1984. She remained with the show through 1990, but has made numerous guest appearances over the years. It's been three years since Pease's last appearance in July 2010.
There's no word yet on whether Charles Shaughnessy will be reprising the role of Shane Donovan.
Fans hoping for a quick Kim fix will need to wait just a bit longer. Due to DAYS' production schedule, Pease won't appear until the fall. An exact airdate has yet to be announced.
