Worried about his ex-wife's safety, Justin thinks it's high time that Adrienne moves out of Chad's house, buts she has other ideas
When Titan takes a hit, Andre decides it's an opportune time for him and Chad to team up and swoop in to take control
Chad ponders Andre's idea of teaming up and taking on Titan, but he knows that it would be at a great personal price
Chad and Andre get Kate involved with their idea to rebuild the DiMera empire from the failures of Titan
Hoods fail to harm one of Gabi's friends as Gabi herself rushes to the rescue only to come face to face with someone from her past
Hope feels that she is failing Rafe thanks to Aiden's admission that he knows the truth that she killed Stefano
Hope is anxious as she waits for Aiden's likely demands, but when they meet, she's completely floored by his request
Holding Hope's recorded confession over her head, Aiden demands she break up with Rafe or else everyone will learn what she/they did
Feeling as if she has no choice, Hope blindsides Rafe with a breakup, but he's as skeptical as he is hurt
While Andre wonders what put the pep in Aiden's step, Aiden can't help but rub salt into Rafe's broken heart
Rafe realizes that not all is at it seems and decides that he will figure out what's really going on with Hope
Feeling hope is dwindling for Joey, a consumed Kayla is comforted by Steve, and their bond continues to rebuild
Steve and Kayla meet with John and Marlena to discuss the crisis at hand but also end up discussing their histories with Orpheus
While Steve, Kayla, John, and Marlena brainstorm on how to end Salem's siege, Orpheus, Clyde, and Xander discuss their own strategy
A determined Marlena decides to deepen her profile on Clyde and relies on Kate's insider info to do so
Marlena also meets with Victor and Nicole to get more information on how Xander's criminal mind works
John, Steve, Roman, Paul, and J.J. work on meeting Orpheus, Clyde, and Xander's terms with hopes they can rescue their loved ones
Orpheus divulges more information about his past, which has led him to his vendetta against certain Salemites
Clyde also laments about the path that has led him to vengeance, and he hopes to make things up to Ben
As Abe fights for his life, Theo is beside himself with grief, fear, and anger, which doesn't go unnoticed by his friends
A freed Claire finds herself worrying with Ciara as they notice just how far Theo might go to avenge Abe's shooting
Ciara shares her concerns with Jennifer, especially after Theo goes missing from the hospital and goes radio silent
While Claire and Ciara search for Theo, he searches for Clyde, and they end up having a tense standoff with Joey caught in the middle of potential crossfire
Lines are drawn when John finds himself in his own standoff when he finally comes face to face with Orpheus
