Days of our Lives Spoilers, May 6: Tate stands by Sophia's side, Holly fears for Doug

What to expect on Days of our Lives

Sophia (Rachel Boyd) was devastated by the news that she had to be on modified bed rest and miss her senior prom. She had already spent so much time choosing the right maternity dress, and now she has to stay home. Tate (Leo Howard) had even asked her to the dance legitimately this time, unlike last year when she was just a cover so he could sneak away with Holly (Ashley Puezemis).

Tate is still determined to make the best of things, so he stops by Sophia's place in an effort to cheer her up. Sophia feels like her whole senior year has been ruined, and she is no closer to finding a couple to raise her baby than she was a few months ago, all thanks to Johnny (Carson Boatman).

Tate does the best he can to be optimistic for Sophia, but that's easier said than done. He is also trying to understand Johnny's point of view, but he is as hurt as Sophia that they were led on just to see Johnny back out like that. Will Sophia and Tate find a plan B that Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) will agree to?

Where is Doug III?

Holly was enjoying having a roommate to keep her company over these last few weeks, but now Doug III (Peyton Meyer) is nowhere to be found. All Holly did was go out to get a pizza. When she returned, Doug was gone, and she hadn't heard from him since.

Holly keeps texting and calling Doug, but he refuses to answer her. She is worried that something bad has happened to him, but has no way of finding out for sure if he ignores her. Little does she know that Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) spotted him before moving out of the Kiriakis mansion.

Doug also got a call from the man he owed money to, and it sounded like he was in a lot of trouble again. Will Holly find Doug beaten again, or did he find his way out of trouble without Holly's help this time?
