At Felicia's, the nurse tells Dante she called him over because Felicia's organs are beginning to fail. Worried, Dante goes into Felicia's bedroom and sees her lying in bed. She wants to talk to Dante about Dominick's future. Felicia begs him one last time to let Nick and Bridget raise Dominick. Dante refuses. He tells Felicia that Bridget left Nick because she knows Nick will always love Brooke more than her. Felicia is surprised to hear this because she thought Brooke and Ridge were getting married. Dante tells her that Nick is going to stop the wedding. Dante says it does not matter who Brooke chooses, all that really matters is that Bridget is determined to be a mother to Dominick. Felicia shows Dante papers that she has had drawn up making him and Bridget the legal guardians of Dominick. Dante thanks her and reassures her that he intends to give Dominick a wonderful life. He hopes that one day he and Bridget will be living together raising Dominick. He promises her he will always love Dominick and care for him. Felicia thanks him and passes out.

Meanwhile at Brooke's, everyone is anxious to find out what is going on upstairs with Brooke and her men. Massimo attempts to go upstairs and find out, but Jackie stops him.

Upstairs in one of Brooke's guestrooms Stephanie tells Bridget she did the right thing and Eric tries to comfort his daughter. Bridget says she knows she did the right thing because Nick could never love her the way she deserves to be loved.

Upstairs in Brooke's bedroom, Brooke says she cannot believe what is happening. She thought everything was settled with Nick and Bridget and Nick had promised her he would stay with Bridget. Nick reminds Brooke it was Bridget's decision to end things. Nick tells Ridge he should go downstairs and tell everyone the wedding is off. Ridge refuses saying Brooke would never have gone through with the wedding if she did not want to marry him.

Downstairs, Sally comments that Forrester weddings never disappoint and asks if anyone wants to wager on who will be Brooke's next groom. While everyone is discussing this, Bridget comes down and informs them that the wedding is off. Massimo is irate. Bridget tells him it's not Nick's fault, she decided to end her marriage. Bridget says Nick's heart is with Brooke and that is what he is telling her upstairs. Massimo does not want to believe her and rushes upstairs to stop Nick.

Back in Brooke's bedroom, Brooke tells Nick that Ridge is truly sorry for all the pain he caused her. Ridge tells Nick Brooke is the woman he is meant to spend his life with. Nick demands to know where all of Ridge's love was for Brooke when he walked out on her. Nick says Brooke and the kids deserve to be in a family with stability where the rug will not be pulled out from under them on a whim. Ridge asks Nick where all of his ideals on commitment were when he was with Bridget. While they continue to argue, Massimo barges in telling Nick to get the hell out. He does not understand how Nick could do this to his brother. Nick tells him to stay out of it. Nick says he married Bridget because of a child and he is not going to let Brooke make the same mistake. Massimo is disgusted by the situation and says it is incest for brothers, fathers, and sons to all be fighting for the same woman. Massimo is determined to not let the Marone name be disgraced like the Forrester name has been.

While Massimo argues with Nick, Stephanie manages to get Brooke alone in another bedroom. She tells Brooke they are on the same side. She says Ridge is Brooke's second choice and everyone knows it. Stephanie says it will never work with Ridge, he will just continue to disappoint her. She tells Brooke to get over her obsession with the Forrester men and follow her heart which will lead her to Nick. As Stephanie continues trying to convince Brooke to be with Nick, Ridge and Nick come in. Ridge tells Stephanie to leave if she cannot support his relationship with Brooke. Ridge does not care if Stephanie or Nick support the relationship, all he cares about is how Brooke feels. Ridge asks Brooke if she wants a life with him. When Brooke hesitates, Stephanie tells her to put everyone out of their misery by choosing one or them.

Massimo knows Ridge is grieving and he feels Ridge needs to be with Brooke and RJ. He wants to take Ridge over to Brooke's house. Ridge agrees and they head over to see her.

Meanwhile at Chuck's, Hector arrives to find Taylor getting drunk. Hector is surprised that Taylor would want to hang out at such a seedy joint. He thinks she is drowning her sorrows because she is upset about Ridge's wedding. Taylor tells him that is not why she is drinking, it is because Felicia died and she is drinking a toast to her. Hector is sad to hear Felicia is dead and wants to take Taylor home. He tells her she he will stay with her. Taylor refuses. She is concerned about Ridge. Hector says Ridge has Brooke to lean on now that they are married. Taylor tells him Nick stopped the wedding. Hector cannot understand why Nick would do such a thing. Taylor thinks Brooke is probably having second thoughts about marrying Ridge, now that Nick is free. Hector is afraid Taylor is thinking about reconciling with Ridge. He tells her she should have too much pride to go after Ridge. Taylor says she does not care about self-respect or pride; she just wants her husband back.

At Brooke's, Nick calls to tell her that Felicia is dead. He tells her that Felicia's death made him realize how short life is. Brooke agrees that tragedy makes you realize how precious time is. They kiss and Ridge goes to take a shower.

Downstairs at Brooke's, Nick walks in to find Massimo pacing back and forth. He asks him what he is doing there. Massimo tells him he brought Ridge home, because he needs to be with Brooke tonight. He says Nick already disrupted their wedding and he does not want Nick to interfere with their honeymoon. Nick tells Massimo that he and Brooke love each other and they are not going to deny it anymore or let anyone keep them apart. Massimo asks Nick why Brooke is upstairs in the bedroom with Ridge if she is so committed to him. Nick gets upset. Massimo tries to stop him from going upstairs, but Nick is determined see Brooke.

Back in Brooke's bedroom, Ridge comes out of the shower and starts trying to seduce her. Brooke halfheartedly attempts to fight off his advances. She says she knows he must have questions about Nick. Ridge says he does not want to talk about that he just wants to lose himself in her and deal with everything else later. They start kissing passionately. Ridge tells her he loves her and Brooke tells him she loves him. Brooke tells him making love want take away his pain. However, Ridge thinks it is worth a try. Nick reeled from having seen Brooke and Ridge in a compromising scene in the bedroom. He managed to tear himself away without being noticed and running downstairs, he passed his Mother, and bolted out the door. He goes to Clancy's, to drown himself in drink, but finds someone that he knows, has beat him there all ready. It appears that Taylor is still a fixture there, even after Hector had left cab money for her to be taken home. A less than sober Taylor has been there since she and Hector had a talk earlier, when he told her that she has done nothing but drink, since Ridge left her. When Taylor sees Nick, she staggers up to him to celebrate and to acknowledge the passing of Felicia. She asks where Brooke is and Nick tells Taylor that she made her choice. Taylor questions the fact that she thought that Brooke loved him. He tells her that it is hard to believe when she's in bed with another man. At a loss for words, both Taylor and Nick continue to drink and small talk with each other, although Taylor is aware of the fact that Nick doesn't really like her. After a while of imbibing, Nick decides that it is time for him to head on back to his boat. He leaves and Taylor stays behind. Aboard his boat, Nick starts throwing things around when he gets a visitor. It is Taylor once again. She tells him that she has no money with her and can't find her car keys. She needs his help. Then all at once, she falls to pieces over what is happening with her life. Suddenly, the two of them catch themselves caught up in the moment, but even nose to nose, Taylor cannot let herself go. She starts to back away and suddenly tumbles into Nick's arms, causing the two of them to fall onto the bed.

Back at Brooke's house, Ridge tries to put the moves on his "almost wife." He needs her now, because he loves her. Brooke tells him to wait, because they vowed to be honest with each other this time, and she has to be honest with him. She knows that he is grieving now over the loss of his sister. He wants more, but she tells him that she will go and check on the children first and then they can talk.

Meanwhile, Jackie and Massimo are downstairs, and she is flustered over the fact that Nick just ran out of the house. She asks Massimo to go after his son and see if he can find him. After he is gone, Brooke comes downstairs and Jackie tells her that she came over to check on things. She mentions that Nick was there, upstairs. Brooke tells her that she didn't see him. Jackie mentions that he came running the stairs and out the door, so she presumed that he must have seen something, --- Brooke suddenly realizes what it must have been and tells Jackie. Jackie tells her to go after him but Brooke is in her robe, so Jackie loans her the coat she is wearing and Brooke shoots out the door to find Nick, herself.

Ridge comes downstairs looking for Brooke, and finds Jackie there. He tells Jackie that it won't do her any good coming over, because he and Brooke are together and they will soon be married. Brooke isn't interested in anything that you or your son might say. Jackie tells him that she thinks that Brooke is a little more than interested. He tells her that this is his wedding night and nothing is going to interfere with that.

Brooke is in her car, and she places a call to Nick. She leaves a message telling him that she has to talk with him and to meet her on the Marlin.

Brooke arrives at the Marlin. She rushes to the door and opens it to see both Taylor and Nick on the bed!! She asks, "What is going on here?"
