Deacon Sharpe made a long-awaited return to The Bold and the Beautiful last month, but fans shouldn't get too used to seeing the character on-screen. Sean Kanan has revealed that his time as the fictional character has already come to an end.

) returned to The Bold and the Beautiful. It marked the first time in seven year that the actor appeared on the soap.
The return, however, appears short-lived. Kanan has informed fans that he'll be exiting the show in the weeks ahead.
"I want to thank all of you for your support. Returning to Bold was a great experience," Kanan informed fans on Twitter. "Apparently Deacon's time there has come to an end."
Kanan made his B&B debut in November 2000. He remained with the CBS soap through February 2005. Kanan took his B&B role to the show's sister soap, The Young and the Restless, in July 2009
. Kanan remained with Y&R off-and-on through early 2012
A final airdate has yet to be announced. A spokesperson for The Bold and the Beautiful did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
