After less than three months as a member of the As the World Turns cast, Soap Central has learned that newcomer AJ Lamas (Rafael Ortega) has been let go. The role will be recast. Lamas is the son of Lorenzo Lamas (Hector Ramirez, The Bold and the Beautiful).

Attempts to avert divorce have apparently failed and veteran soap actors Jack Wagner (Nick Marone, The Bold and the Beautiful) and Kristina Wagner (Felicia Jones, General Hospital) are once again headed to divorce court.

In a surprising move, Sarah Buxton (Morgan DeWitt) will be exiting The Bold and the Beautiful next month. The news to write out Buxton comes as fan reaction to her character's return was less than overwhelming.

It's official - Kimberlin Brown (Sheila Carter) will be reprising her Emmy-nominated role on The Young and the Restless. The actress heads back to Genoa City later this summer. Brown has also played the wicked Sheila on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Brian Gaskill

Soap opera veteran Brian Gaskill will join the cast of As the World Turns later this summer. Gaskill appeared as Bobby Warner on All My Children and as Oscar Marone on The Bold and the Beautiful.

There appears to be no truth to the rumor making the rounds that Emmy winner Adrienne Frantz (Amber Moore) will be joining the cast of The Young and the Restless later this year.
Shanelle Workman
November 2005
Just seven months after joining the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful, Shanelle Workman (Gabriela Moreno) finds herself without a job. The CBS soap has released the actress from her contract. Workman appeared previously as Sarah Roberts on One Life to Live.
Lesli Kay
November 2005
Emmy-winning soap opera veteran Lesli Kay (ex-Molly Conlan McKinnon) will join the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful at the end of November in the role of Felicia Forrester. This will be the actress' third soap role since the summer of 2004.
Hunter Tylo
November 2005
After 18 years of marriage, Hunter Tylo (Taylor Forrester, The Bold and the Beautiful) and her husband Michael Tylo (ex-Quinton Chamberlain, Guiding Light) have decided to separate. According to Hunter Tylo, the split was a mutual decision.

A spokesperson for The Bold and the Beautiful confirms to Soap Central that twin actresses Addison and Alex Hoover (Phoebe and Steffy Forrester) have been taken off contract with the show.
Winsor Harmon

Winsor Harmon (Thorne Forrester) has signed a new contract with The Bold and the Beautiful. The terms of the deal were not made available. Harmon made his soap debut as Del Henry on All My Children.
