Steffy and Rick need a session with a shrink...oh, wait. The only shrink in town is Taylor, and she's already had sex with Rick, so there is a conflict of interest.
Susan Flannery
January 12, 2009
Wouldn't it be a hoot if Stephanie met a woman, someone beautiful and desirable, and stunned her family by moving in with her?
Jacqueline MacInnes Wood
January 19, 2009
As of the last census, the population of Los Angeles was 3,849,378 people. That suggests that Steffy and Rick have a myriad of choices of people to date, if only they would think to look outside of their family.
Kyle Lowder
January 26, 2009
Nick's decision to save Jackie M. by making a deal with Rick will undoubtedly cause trouble with his fiancé. It's inevitable that Katie's position at Forrester is going to be compromised.
Susan Flannery
February 2, 2009
Stephanie is a lurker to begin with, and once she gets the idea that someone is up to something, she becomes a full-on stalker.
Ronn Moss
February 9, 2009
Ridge seems to be on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Either that or he's on mood altering drugs. He's been wildly swinging back and forth on an emotional rollercoaster that's way out of control.
Katherine Kelly Lang
February 16, 2009
Ridge claims to love Brooke, and Rick claims to love Steffy, but they both put those women in jeopardy by driving like maniacs while Steffy and Brooke were riding in the passenger seats.
Lesley-Anne Down
February 23, 2009
It's obvious that Ridge and Rick don't like each other. Their hatred has been pure and unchanging. On the other hand, it was only last week that we learned how Jackie really feels about Nick and Katie.
Alley Mills
March 2, 2009
How bad have things gotten at Forrester Creations when the only person who made logical sense last week was crazy Aunt Pam?
Jacqueline MacInnes Wood
March 9, 2009
Here's an idea for Sir Ridge, the protector of Steffy's besoiled former maidenhood: get Aunt Pammy to crochet a chain-mail chastity belt for Steffy.
Drew Tyler Bell
March 16, 2009
Someone is trying to kill Rick. All evidence led to Pam, but the increasingly creepy Thomas is looking like a serious contender.
Hunter Tylo
March 23, 2009
What does that say about Dr. Taylor Hayes, that she has successfully raised a son who has become a homicidal maniac? Thomas was quite clear about who he blames for his actions, too.
Drew Tyler Bell
March 30, 2009
In the absurd world of the Forrester clan, Thomas tried to off his stepbrother Rick for dating his sister Steffy, who is also Rick's stepsister. Of course, Rick is also Thomas and Steffy's uncle of sorts.
John McCook
April 6, 2009
Eric has good reasons for wanting Stephanie out of the business. He wants her out of his life. He's onto young wife number two, and Stephanie's looming shadow has been cramping his style.
Susan Flannery
April 13, 2009
Queen Stephanie was dethroned and given a new kingdom to rule all in the same week. Out with Forrester, and in with Jackie M. Last week, Stephanie got her groove back.
Darlene Conley
April 20, 2009
Wasn't it great to see Stephanie share the postcard from Sally last week? There's something very comforting about the idea that Sally is still out there, vamping around and causing mischief.
Kyle Lowder
April 27, 2009
Taylor and Ridge talk a good game about trusting Steffy, but they sure don't live up to those words. Recording Rick without his knowledge was a dirty trick, as Brooke pointed out.
Susan Flannery
May 4, 2009
The boldest and most beautiful thing on The Bold and the Beautiful lately is the new, reenergized, revitalized Stephanie Forrester.
Drew Tyler Bell
May 11, 2009
Why don't all of the Forrester exes just shack up together in some commune and draw names each night to see who will wind up with who? It would spare them all a lot of heartache.
Don Diamont
May 18, 2009
Bill Spencer came on like a house on fire -- fresh, brash, insolent, and up to no good. He couldn't have shown up at a better time, either.
Jennifer Gareis
May 25, 2009
Bill's supposed agenda to drive down the price of Forrester and buy it at rock bottom prices is wily, but brilliant. Perhaps now we will find out if Donna is really hot for a guy old enough to be her grandfather.
Jennifer Gareis
June 1, 2009
Last week, Brooke referred to Donna as Eric's muse. Well, isn't that special? Too bad the muse hasn't inspired old Honey Bear to do any more than call family meetings and discuss job titles and nepotism.
Don Diamont
June 8, 2009
When Donna finds out that Eric is begging Stephanie to come back to work at Forrester and declaring his love for her, it might push her over the edge into Dollar Bill's arms.
Kyle Lowder
June 15, 2009
The powers that be keep hitting us over the head with reminders that Rick was responsible for Phoebe's death, but it was a car crash. He didn't stab her in the heart or shoot her. It was an accident!
Ronn Moss
June 22, 2009
Would a clever guy like Ridge be stupid enough to pop a handful of pills with a glass of wine?
Lesley-Anne Down
June 29, 2009
Can't Nick hear Jackie explaining that she's enjoying her relationship with Owen? As for the age gap, Jackie wisely noted that Nick has twenty years of age on Bridget, so what's the diff?
Brandon Beemer
July 6, 2009
Last week, Nick demanded that Owen stay away from his mother, but Owen did not listen. Instead, by some odd coincidence, Owen and Jackie ended up at the exact same hotel as Nick and Bridget, in the adjacent room.
Alley Mills
July 13, 2009
Clearly, when it comes to making peace, Donna and Pam do not speak the same language. Pam's honey-soaking, mixed with the gold confetti, made for a heck of a showstopper for the Forrester fashion show.
Rick Hearst
July 20, 2009
When Ridge turns Brooke's pleas to reunite down cold, perhaps Whip will be handy with a shoulder for her to cry on, or a body to warm her bed. We know how Brooke gets when she's lonely.
Ronn Moss
July 27, 2009
Brooke and Taylor at least have a carnal reason for chasing after Ridge. Presumably, he's a stud in the sack. But what on earth makes Stephanie and Steffy go on and on about how amazing Ridge is?
Hunter Tylo
August 3, 2009
Thomas and Steffy are grown-ups who have been living on their own for a long time, but after Phoebe's death, they suddenly moved back home and became obsessed with their parents reuniting.
Jack Wagner
August 10, 2009
Considering how vexed Nick was when Jackie got married to Owen, why is he suddenly nowhere to be found when she's being paraded around like she's Jungle Jim, cougar-tamer?
Heather Tom
August 17, 2009
Bill's evil scheme to bribe the judges was thwarted by his growing feelings for Katie, so it appears that Katie has penetrated Bill's hard candy shell and has found his gooey center.
Ronn Moss
August 24, 2009
Ridge has some kind of nerve asking Taylor and Brooke to go through couples therapy for him. The only one with a problem is Ridge. He's Hamlet, unable to make up his mind.
Lesley-Anne Down
August 31, 2009
Jackie is a sophisticated, classy woman. She would never do something as wild and dangerous as parasailing to get Owen to realize that she loves him.
Kyle Lowder
September 7, 2009
Could it be that Steffy wants to sow some wild oats? Perhaps Rick should get off of his butt and start dating again. The man needs to mingle outside of the Forrester offices.
Brandon Beemer
September 14, 2009
What's the big deal about Jackie's past, and why would she think that her dalliances twenty-five years ago were significant enough to cause Owen to reject her?
Texas Battle
September 21, 2009
For Eric to spend his time and energy adopting Marcus is utterly ridiculous. Save it for a surprise at Christmas. Imagine how nice that would have been.
Susan Flannery
September 28, 2009
Stephanie experienced every symptom of a stroke, had a doctor who told her she had a minor stroke, read the symptoms of strokes on Web MD, and yet denied that she was having a stroke.
Don Diamont
October 5, 2009
Bill may be the ultimate swindler. He's very good at snowing people, and Katie may be his mark. Perhaps all of his actions are a ruse to get the ultimate prize, Forrester.
Jacqueline MacInnes Wood
October 12, 2009
You would think that an experienced ship's captain like Steffy would have known better than to mess around on a slippery, wet deck and fall overboard.
Susan Flannery
October 19, 2009
Stephanie has suffered a minor stroke. She's lucky that the symptoms have been slight, but she's acting like an idiot by not dealing with it. Throwing in the towel is not the Stephanie way.
Hunter Tylo
October 26, 2009
There was not a new column this week, so instead, please enjoy a look back at what was happening in Los Angeles during the week of October 29, 2007.
Heather Tom
November 2, 2009
In the offices of Forrester Creations, the old guard is bucking under the yoke of new leadership. It has to be hard on Katie, who is trying so hard to be good to the Forresters, good to her family, and good to Bill.
Jacqueline MacInnes Wood
November 9, 2009
Steffy's Hollywood campaign made Bill sit up and take notice. It even managed to momentarily make Ridge less abrasive. But the real question is, will it sell dresses? In this economy, probably not.
John McCook
November 16, 2009
It was cool to see Eric and Stephanie hanging out together last week, being bitchy as hell about Katie's wedding in the valley, and enjoying martinis, truffles, and caviar.
Susan Flannery
November 23, 2009
Will Pam and Stephanie have time to work out all of the complicated emotional issues that they have with their mother, or will they brush them aside to enjoy her company in her final days?
Lesley-Anne Down
November 30, 2009
After spending most of the year alone and unhappy, Jackie has found a love match with Owen. She hadn't been looking for love -- just sex. She got that, and much, much more.
Katherine Kelly Lang

Twenty years of bouncing Ridge back and forth between Brooke and Taylor is enough. At this point, even Stephanie seems to have accepted Brooke.
Drew Tyler Bell
December 14, 2009
How demented are the children of Ridge and Taylor? Thomas tried to blow up Rick's car and burn down his home, and now Steffy is using sex to destroy Katie's marriage to Bill!
Don Diamont
December 21, 2009
