Ewa Da Cruz awarding-winning movie out on DVD

Former As the World Turns beauty Ewa da Cruz has kept busy since ATWT's end. One of the actress' projects is now available on DVD.

Former daytime vixen, Ewa Da Cruz (Vienna Hyatt), stars in a new film called Dogs Lie. In the film, Cruz plays Lucia, a mob girlfriend with a troubling past. Lucia joins a group of ten people for a stay in a luxury New York sleep clinic for a night of experimental observation. Nothing is what it seems, as blackmail, romance, and murder ensue.

Released in 2011, Dogs Lie won the Best Film USA and the Feature Audience Awards at the ITN Distribution and New Media Festival in December 2011. The movie is out on DVD and available for purchase at popular online outlets.

ATWT introduced Ewa Da Cruz to its fans as Vienna Hyatt in June 2006, and Cruz played the role of the Swedish heiress until the soap's conclusion in 2010.
