Delaney Arrested For Drunk Driving

Kim Delaney (ex-Jenny Gardner) was arrested on January 26th for drunken driving.
Police arrested Delaney at her home in Malibu, California after police were notified of the actress' erratic driving. A witness called police via cell phone.
Delaney was arrested without incident and released from jail on Sunday morning. She will appear in court on March 27th.
The Emmy-nominated actress earned post-AMC fame as a gritty cop on ABC's NYPD Blue. She currently stars as a lawyer on Philly.
